Praca z białym tłem to niezwykła przygoda i aby jej sprostać musiałam zabezpieczyć tło przezroczystym gessem. Tło zachlapałam najnowszymi farbami od Finnabair- Art Alchemy Sparks, tekturki podmalowałam Art Alchemy Opal Magic - Blue Gold. Napis i wycinankę pomalowałam Mica Powder Gold i Rust.

Page with a white background is an incredible adventure and to cope with it, I had to protect the background with transparent gesso. I splashed the background with water and new paints from Finnabair. The writing and the film strip were painted with Mica Powder in Gold and Rust.

 Oczywiście nie mogło zabraknąć brokatu. Możecie wykorzystać w swoich projektach farbki, tusze brokatowe lub zmieszać błyszczące żel medium z sypkim brokatem. Nieważne, który produkt wybierzecie, każdy da Wam podobny efekt.

Of course I had to add glitter. You can use in your projects: paint, brocade inks or mix gloss medium gel with glitter. No matter which product you choose, each one will give you a similar effect.

Lubię zbierać różne "śmieci" i nadawać im nowy outfit. Dziś taka praca zbierana - część rzeczy pochodzi z retro pudełka, a część, jak muszelka, pudełko i kawałki drutu - z szuflady różności. Nie wiem czemu do muszli pasował mi kraken wiec ulepiłam ośmiorniczą mackę z masy. Łapę Krakena pomalowałam Inką Gold i farbą akrylowa i wykończyłam lakierem do paznokci żeby była oślizgle błyszcząca.

Żeby nadać pracy charakteru użyłam odczynników do rdzewienia z Pantartu i całkiem fajne efekty wyszły - zdecydowanie muszę się z nimi więcej pobawić :)

I like collecting junks and stuff with alter potential. Today's work is partly made of elements from my Retro Box and party from stuff from my junk box. I found there a box and pieces of wire, I had also an empty shell on my desk and somehow the idea of an octopus arm came up. So I made a whole Kraken arm from clay and painted it with Inka Gold and acrylic paint. To add some slippery slime effect I used nail polish to finish the arm.

To add something interesting in the background I played with Pentart rust ingredients and I love the effect - definitely have to play with them more. :)

Cześć, dziś chciałabym Wam pokazać co wyszło z wzięcia na warsztat nowego dużego tekturkowego domku SnipArt. Stworzyłam z niego dom wiedźmy.

Hi, today I'd like to share with you the results of working with the new big chipboard house from SnipArt. I decided to make a witch's house.

Pomalowany szarą farbą, postarzony kremem Antiquing Cream w kolorze Burnt Umber, który jak zwykle świetnie udał kurz i bród - najlepiej to widać na powyginanych, starych okiennicach. Na tak przygotowane ściany ponaklejałam murek - odciśnięty bardzo oryginalną foremką silikonową i pocięty na mniejsze kawałki nożyczkami, a następnie pomalowany czarną farbą. Na dachu natomiast przysiadł foremkowy kotek, szaro-bury. :)

Painted with grey paint, distressed with Burnt Umber Antiquing Cream, which reliably did a great job faking dust and dirt - it's best visible on the old, worn-out shutters. When the walls were ready, I added some bricks - made with a very original silicone mould, cut into smaller pieces with scissors and painted black. And on the roof, a tiny grey kitten is taking a nap. :)

Przy całym projekcie używałam jako klejów żelu 3D Renesansu oraz Glossy Accents Rangera - przy takich przestrzennych pracach świetnie się sprawdzają i przy przyklejaniu większych, i malutkich elementów.

Throughout the creative process, I used Renesans 3D heavy body gel and Ranger's Glossy Accents - with dimensional projects like this they both do a great job as glue both with bigger and tiny little elements.

Domek jest porośnięty mchem - chrobotkiem i curly moss w kolorze naturalnym - i obsypany płatkami czarnej miki 13arts. Z przodu znalazło się kilka kamieni i obłych kawałków drewna, które dawno temat zebrałam na morskiej plaży - teraz na pewno mają jakieś magiczne ochronne moce. 

The house is engrossed in moss - caribou and curly moss in their natural shade - and there are black mica flakes from 13arts scattered all about. At the front I put a few stones and pieces of wood that I found on a beach a long time ago - now they surely have some kind of protective magic powers.

Pająk i jego pajęczyny magicznie błyszczą się Inką Gold w kolorze starego srebra. :)

The spider and its cobwebs magically sparkle with Inka Gold in Old Silver. :)
