Hej :)
Tworzyłam znowu w dzienniku Diny Wakley i ten wpis powstał trochę z potrzeby serca, a trochę z zachwytu nad warstwami, które same zaczęły się układać. Po prawej stronie motyl z papieru ryżowego stał się głównym bohaterem, a rub onsy i stemple tylko podkreśliły jego delikatność, tworząc spójną, eteryczną kompozycję. Lewa strona to zupełnie inna emocja – zdjęcie dziewczynki połączyłam z elementami od Simple Stories, co nadało całości nostalgiczny, trochę bajkowy charakter. Tło budowałam za pomocą maski od Studio Light i tuszy distress, dzięki czemu wzór miękko przenika się z resztą stronicy. Całość domyka napis od Scraplove: „Jeśli czegoś nie wolno, a bardzo się chce, to można” – bo czasem właśnie tak rodzi się magia w journalingu.
I was creating again in Dina Wakley's journal, and this entry was born partly out of a need of the heart and partly out of delight at the layers that began to form on their own. On the right-hand side, a rice paper butterfly became the main character, and rub-ons and stamps only emphasized its delicacy, creating a coherent, ethereal composition. The left side evokes a completely different emotion – I combined a photo of a girl with elements from Simple Stories, which gave the whole thing a nostalgic, somewhat fairy-tale character. I built the background using a mask from Studio Light and distress ink, thanks to which the pattern blends softly with the rest of the page. The whole thing is rounded off with a quote from Scraplove: “If something is forbidden, but you really want it, you can do it” – because sometimes that's how magic is born in journaling.
